As a Romanian I find your appreciation of accent variety very encouraging, not all Romanians like deviations from the "standard". I am afraid though that the map is not reliable at all. As far as I know there isn't a separate (sub)dialect of Ardeal, it's just a continuum of different influences; also, the map doesn't include (my own) Crisean dialect, and I cannot even guess
